Today I’m talking with Ana Nad, Senior Agile coach at the Raiffeisen bank. She made quite the journey in her career starting as a software engineer, working as a scrum master and now as a senior agile coach. How does she see a successful project? How does it change with different perspectives, within a team or overlooking multiple teams for example. And what about different sizes of a company, how does a successful project look in a startup compared to a corporation?
